It’s October! and we hope all is good with you! We’re having a superb Indian Summer, warm sunny days, wonderfully high tides, lots of colour still in the gardens, the butterflies are having a ball so all is well with our world.

Walking Guide
One of the many additions to the website includes a full walking guide for the surrounding area, encompassing the Cooley Mountains to the north, the Dublin Mountains to the south and the Boyne Valley to the west. A huge range of walks for all levels with a hard copy guide available in your cottage to help you decide.

Eimhear Collins photographic prints are now available in The Cottages, Eimhear is an enourmously talented local photographer who is gaining wide recognition for her wonderful work.

Ireland’s Ancient East will launch in 2016 which is very exciting. It will give The Boyne Valley it’s deserved ranking on the ladder of World Destinations building on the wealth of historical and cultural assets in the East of Ireland. We’ll keep you posted as the campaign unfolds; in the meantime keep an eye out for the build up.
